How do I become a partner at HMSTRS? ＋
Sign up on our affiliate platform and leave your contact details: Telegram and email. Our specialist will get back to you shortly, help with the integration, define the priority areas for cooperation and get you started today. Or message the Affiliate Manager directly via the Team section: they will gladly help with any partnership question.
How do partner payouts work? ＋
Payouts are made twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. We accept payout requests until 17:00 Kyiv time, sent to the e-wallet you specified for settlements. Be sure to add your wallet in your account: we don’t accept wallet details in chat.
How do I start working with you as an advertiser? ＋
Message our BizDev on Telegram (contact in the Team section). They will discuss the cooperation terms, help with the launch and define the priority areas of work.
Where do I send a collaboration proposal? ＋
We are always open to new collaborations and info partnerships. Write to Support (Team section): we will definitely reply, and together we will find common ground.
How do I join the team at HMSTRS? ＋
Message the Sourcer on Telegram (Team section). State the role you are interested in right away, or ask which vacancies are currently open. Attach your CV and, if you have them, case studies or work samples: it will help us see whether we are a good fit for each other.
What are the hiring stages? ＋
It depends on the role, but it usually goes like this:
1. Intro chat with a recruiter.
2. Interview with the hiring manager, more technical.
3. Test task, test traffic run, or no test at all.
4. Offer.
Ask the Sourcer for the exact stages for your role.
Do you consider candidates with no experience? ＋
Sometimes, yes. It depends on whether there is a suitable open vacancy right now. So even with no experience, message the Sourcer: send your CV and the role you want. Even if there is no vacancy at the moment, we will add you to our database and, when one opens, we will write to you first, before the vacancy is published.
