About the role
Our financial model is complex: several GEOs, different payment systems, crypto tools and a fast operational pace.
So for us finance is not just bookkeeping but a tool for growth, control and strategic decisions.
We're looking for someone who can build the system, see the big picture and keep processes under control.
What you'll do
- Work with crypto wallets, crypto exchanges and payment systems
- Manage cash flows across several GEOs
- Prepare P&L and cash flow, analyse business unit profitability
- Budgeting and financial planning
- Analyse new projects and assess risks
- Optimise costs and business processes
- Calculate the bonus system
- Run and control payroll
- Help build management accounting
Who we're looking for
- 1+ year of financial reporting
- Understanding of P&L structure and cash flows
- Confident Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- English — B1+
- Understanding of affiliate/media buying metrics, or readiness to learn them fast
- Comfortable in a fast-moving digital environment
- Degree in finance / economics (required)
