We're looking for a Team Lead Affiliate Manager to build, systematise and scale our affiliate department.
Your mission is to make affiliate one of the company's key growth drivers: build a strong team, raise efficiency and develop new partner channels.
Who we're looking for
- Experience in affiliate marketing (Nutra / Dating / Adult is a plus)
- Understanding of CPA models and affiliate networks
- Experience managing a team and building processes
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
- Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships
- English — Intermediate+
