Middle PHP Developer (CRM / CPA / Integrations)

About the role

We're looking for an independent PHP developer to improve our live products, build integrations and support business processes. You'll work with a hands-on Tech Lead and take part in gradually modernising our systems.

We're a product company in performance marketing, affiliate and e-commerce. We build our own CPA platform, call-centre CRM/ERP and media buying tools.

Stack and infrastructure

• PHP 7.4–8.5, gradually moving to newer versions
• Our own modular PHP framework
• MariaDB, plain SQL without an ORM
• Redis, Memcached
• JavaScript/jQuery
• PHPUnit, PHPStan, Puppeteer
• Separate Node.js/WebSocket services

What you'll do

• Get to know the existing codebase and deliver agreed tasks on your own
• Improve the CRM, CPA platform, buyer panel, reports and interfaces
• Build integrations with advertisers, fulfilment partners and delivery services
• Handle statuses, webhooks, retries and errors from external APIs
• Maintain background jobs and business automations
• Diagnose problems from logs and data, find and fix root causes
• Write tests, take part in code review and document changes
• Release changes following an agreed procedure
• Help upgrade PHP and modernise individual modules step by step

First tasks

• Set up your environment, learn how a lead and an order flow through the system, ship your first changes with review, and take over an agreed set of regular tasks and integrations

Who we're looking for

• 3+ years of commercial PHP development
• Experience maintaining other people's code and readiness to work with legacy
• Confident SQL: joins, reports, indexes, transactions
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks; understanding of redelivery and idempotency
• JavaScript/jQuery good enough to extend existing interfaces
• Git and writing automated tests
• Basic Linux and understanding of nginx/PHP-FPM
• Able to clarify requirements, estimate a scoped task and deliver a verified result
• Careful handling of personal and financial data

You don't need experience with our framework. What matters is understanding how an app is built and working with PHP and SQL without leaning on an ORM.

• Full-time, remote, 10:00–18:00 Kyiv time
